Our Video Guestbook allow guests to record voice messages during your event. You can either use our standard welcome message or create a custom welcome message for the guestbook, which guests will hear when they pick up the phone. 

If you prefer to create your own custom welcome message for the guestbook you will be required to send us either an audio or video recording prior to the event. Guests will then follow simple prompts to leave their messages. After the event, we send you a downloadable link with all the recorded messages. 

Not at all! The Video Guestbook is designed to be user-friendly. Guests simply pick up the receiver, follow the prompts, and leave their message. Our team will provide clear instructions to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

Our Video Guestbook Booth operates for up to six hours on a single charge, giving guests plenty of time to record their messages throughout the night. Battery life may vary depending on usage and recording length.

No. The Video Guestbook Booth is designed to be self-operated by your guests. Call & Capture will deliver, set up, and provide easy-to-follow instructions on how to turn the Video Guestbook Booth on and off.

We recommend nominating a reliable guest or person to turn the unit on at the start of the event and off at the end. Turning the Video Guestbook Booth off correctly helps ensure the unit powers down safely and that recordings are preserved. Call & Capture will then collect the equipment after the event at the agreed time.

The delivery cost for the booth depends on the location of your event and the specific details of the setup. For the best recording quality, we recommend placing the Video Guestbook Booth in a quieter area away from speakers, loud music, and high-traffic areas. Background noise and venue acoustics can affect the quality of recordings, so choosing the right location helps ensure your guests’ messages are captured clearly.

• Get your MC to mention it throughout the night.
• Use the light if needed for darker locations.
• Encourage guests to pick it up early in the night, and be sure to come back more than once! 

No Wi-Fi is required. Whilst the Video Phone does not require power, the lighting for the booth requires power. 

The booth requires up to 2m x 2m,  making it suitable for most venues.

 Once the booth has been collected:
-  We compile all the recorded messages into one long-form video.
-  You’ll receive a private download link within 14 days after your event.
-  That’s it! You’ll have a priceless keepsake to rewatch forever.
